Four incredibly beautiful girls sporting their hard body hottness are on the menu today starting on top with the stunning Lady in Red, Ekaterina Gamagina who has been racking up 1st place wins at both the European and World Amateur IFBB Figure Championships these last few years. Miss Bikini America Jennifer Nicole Lee returns to us (previously) as we catch her working out in the great outdoors keeping it tight and toned. The fox in the blue bikini is Jelena Abbou, a fitness model, IFBB Pro Figure competitor, and personal trainer ..love her absolute perfect proportions of beauty and muscle. Our last girl Inkeri Salminen hails from Finland and was the Finnish national heavyweight champion for years 2001, 2004 and 2006. She works as a Physiotherapist now but as you can see she is in tip-top shape and still bringing it.

A pair of fitness foxes for your discerning eyes today: We start off with Kentucky girl Natalie Barnett who started out in high school running track and cross country and later in college started lifting weights and has gone on to become a certified personal trainer and a competitive bodybuilder. Next up is Vanessa Tib who was raised in the Dominican Republic and now makes her home in the Big Apple. She recently was quoted as saying ‘Many of my friends suggested that I do a professional photo shoot, one of these people being fitness icon Jamie Eason. I had my first fitness shoot in May of 2010. As a result of that photo shoot I was published for the first time in the Aug/Sept 2010 issue of Planet Muscle magazine and was on the cover of Natural Muscle Magazine for the month of August 2010. Since then I’ve had multiple features in Planet Muscle Magazine, published a fitness article in Fitness X Magazine, featured in Fitness Girls Magazine, World Physique Magazine – Swimsuit Edition.’

Starting clockwise from the top we have a Yahoo story/slideshow boldly stating ‘‘The beauty industry was taken by surprise when MAC debuted its latest spokesperson, Jelena Abbou, a Serbian-American female bodybuilder with the kind of ripped physique more likely to be found in Muscle Milk ads than high end cosmetics campaigns.’ Our next buff beauty is fitness super MILF, and NPC figure/physique competitor, Fern Assard looking sexy in a tantalizing sheer black body suit. On the second row we find Jenny Poussin is back in the gym working out to keep it tight. Her upper body could still use some work but she’s starting to get some nice definition in the legs. And the final picture links to some clown with a muscle girl tumblr you might find amusing…
This delicious fitness fox is from Montreal, Quebec, Canada where she is a fitness model and top National figure competitor who began to compete in the world of fitness in 2008. Stefanie placed 2nd at the Canadian Natural Physique Championship in April 2011 and 4th at the North American, and she also won the regional and provincial championships in Figure overall in 2010. She’s modeled in quite a few fitness and muscle magazines like Oxygen, American Curves, Planet Muscle, Muscle Mag, as well as winning title to the Ms. Muscle Mag Bikini Model 2011.

Catching up with the latest from one of our favorite muscle girls we find Kortney Olson, a.k.a. KO, has moved to Queensland Australia, won the 2012 Australian Women Arm Wrestling Championship and married the CEO of the Australian professional rugby league football club Gold Coast Titans. Kortney found herself in a bit of a brouhaha when she was appointed assistant strength-and-conditioning coach to the Titans’ under-20 players and the media got hold of her past modeling history and labeled her a ‘fetish-porn star’. I think that’s a bit of a stretch to label her as a porn-star when as far as I know all she has ever done is some nude modeling and some with implied lesbian scenes. Sounds more like Murdoch style reporting trying to drum up drama and page-views to enhance their collective revenue streams.
