Originally from Sweden, Pauline Nordin has quite a bit going on in her life as an IFBB figure pro, personal trainer, journalist, diet consultant, production company owner, fitness model and actress. She now lives and trains in Venice Beach, California along with her husband, the professional photographer Pavel Ythjall, whose excellent work you see above. Pauline states her philosophy as ‘I consider myself an intuitive trainer. I don’t care much for what is exactly scientifically proven to be the correct way to build muscle or burn fat. I do what I feel is right – in training as well as in life‘. Hard to argue with the results looking at that stunning physique and sublime beauty. Boris uses bodybuilders as models quite frequently as a reference for his illustrations, so it was a natural progression for him to produce a book of his photography showcasing muscled bodies. As you can see from these pictures of muscle girls Boris clearly has talents beyond the illustrative canvas. The book came out in 1998 with 105 photographs and you can still find copies for sale at amazon and other sellers.

Since we’ve had a number of comments over the course of this blog on the enhanced vs. natural tits debate I thought it might be interesting to get an overall consensus on the subject from my fellow muscle girl aficionados so I tossed up a poll, which you can see to your upper right. Just click on the top box of the poll for a picture gallery of various sexy muscle girls, some with enhanced and some with natural breast, to help refresh your mind on this age-old debate. Waddaya tink, more or less?

*update: With over 3000 votes I decided we have enough votes to render a judgment and closed the poll .. and to think I was worried maybe only a few hundred people would vote and the poll would be a flop .. thanks to all of you who participated. The final results were actually pretty even coming in at: 37% Natural – 34% Enhanced – 27% No preference. That’s good since I always have intended to present all varieties of the female muscled form and no one preference is overwhelming the mix. I left the picture galley up for any students of sthenolagnia to pursue their studies futher ..
