The girl in the red bikini is WBFF Fitness Pro Athlete and competition coach Jeannette Jarnes who is a mother of 2 and just incredibly cute. Our next girl is Katie Chimes who along with being a fitness model is a chiropractor, personal trainer, and life coach. On the second row we start with the delicious Giusy Raffone who is from Naples, Italy where she is an IFBB National Athlete as well as a personal trainer. She was a heptathlete in college and an NFL cheerleader and currently plays for the LFL (Legends Football League). IFBB Professional Bodybuilder Emery Miller is an incomparable combination of facial beauty, muscle shape and hardness who has quite an interesting biography.

Top row we start off with the gorgeous IFBB Figure Pro Gen Strobo from Daytona Beach who has won three pro contests, six top-5 placings, and competed in her second Figure Olympia. Our next muscle girl is Susanna Mantila from Helsinki, Finland who competes in powerlifting and bodybuilding. We’re shooting from the hip today with a variety of angles from titillation to stupefaction, and all points between. On the top row we start off with the news that Cindy Landolt has indeed gone ahead and had her breast enlarged. Some of you will be quite happy to see the new look while others will miss the more natural form she use to have. It’s too early yet for any modeling pictures of her new physique to show up yet but here’s a previous gallery of her earlier modeling to compare her new look by. Marika Johansson has a new look as well featuring some pretty intense ink adorning her muscled body. As with Cindy I’m sure some will love the new look while others will not be so impressed. On the second row we start with a movie clip of Tatyana Kozhevnikova who unofficially owns the record for The World’s Strongest Vagina by virtue of her record for vagina weightlifting! Next up is an article to inspire girls to hit the gym and start working out, as a new study out from the Center for Sexual Health Promotion has confirmed anecdotal evidence that exercise can lead to female orgasm. Talk about motivation! On the bottom row we begin with the strange story of British barmaid Candice Armstrong who says ‘Steroids turned me into a MAN‘. She goes on to say ‘I was getting a bit of facial hair, belly hair and my voice got deeper. My periods stopped.’ A bit of a sad story but fascinating none the less. And lastly we turn to a film documentary titled WONDER WOMEN! THE UNTOLD STORY OF AMERICAN SUPERHEROINES that traces the fascinating evolution and legacy of Wonder Woman. From the birth of the comic book superheroine in the 1940s to the blockbusters of today, Wonder Women! looks at how popular representations of powerful women often reflect society’s anxieties about women’s liberation.

Dina Ali Fahad Al-Salim Al-Sabah is a professional figure competitor from Kuwait. She stands out from the rest of the Figure competitors for being the only female Arab athlete to achieve pro card status as of 2006; as well as the first female Arab athlete to ever stand on the Olympia stage. Fern Assard is a stunning fitness model and NPC figure competitor who unbelievably just happens to be the 44 year old mother of four. She started training at age 37 after a life of poor eating, periods of anorexia, low self esteem & situational depression… and boy howdy look at her now!

Christmas In July

Say hello to the first full time female NASCAR pit crew member and she can change two 60-pound tires in twelve seconds flat. Christmas was born on December 20, close enough to the holiday that her mom decided to name her after it. In-between changing tires for the Michael Waltrip Racing Team she is also a cross fit athlete where she gained her Level 1 Certification and has taken a spot on the CrossFit HQ Training staff. She’s definitely a one of a kind girl and I do hope we see more of this trailblazer in the future wherever her travels take her.

Deborah has been a lifelong athlete who has competed on the national level as a ranked collegiate tennis player, as well as a trained gymnast, dancer and now professional IFBB figure competitor. Cynthia is one of the all time great physique competitors. 5 foot 10, full of muscle, she is the mother of 5 and comes from the Bay Area. Patricia Beckman won 12 consecutive pro contests without a loss and showed up for her photo shoot here at 7% bodyfat, 18 weeks before her next contest. And of course April you know as a professional fitness and glamour model appearing in many publications, from MuscleMag International to Playboy Magazine and now competes as a NPC Fitness Competitor as well as becoming a writer, photographer and entrepreneur.

I’ve seen this petite hardbody girl on a number of sites where she’s described as a former gymnast turned pornstar. I’m not sure if she was indeed a gymnast but I thought her body looked buff enough in this athletic setting to toss her into the mix. Also known as Nicole Diaz this New York City Latina when asked what her favorite body part is replied ‘I love my legs, they are very buff and muscular.’ Although when asked what part of her body she liked least she confided ‘My back Its naturally muscular and too much striations makes me look like a bodybuilder.’
