I had been trying to get an ID on this stunning buff babe since I posted her picture in the tit poll gallery previously and finally came across her name while surfing the net the other day. Her remarkable physique comes in at a statuesque 5’11” tall with a muscular 34-32-38 figure weighing a svelte 160 pounds. Along with competing in NPC Figure meets Sharon is also a personal Fitness Trainer at a Golds’ Gym as well as an aspiring fitness model. She auditioned for the recently revamped American Gladiators but they somehow failed to sign her up, which is a shame considering she has such a unique beauty and figure to showcase.

I hadn’t seen Catherine around our favorite haunts for a while and was pleased to see her show up for a new photo shoot at Images of Venus wearing a red thong bikini and boxing gloves. I’m beginning to wonder which name to call her these days, as we met her originally as Catherine Boshuizen, and then she became Catherine Holland when she got married, and now we find her here as Catherine Boshern. With a rocking hot body like this girl has I may just have to go with ‘The Bosh‘ and be done with it.

This hilarious clip is from the Quentin Tarantino movie Jackie Brown where we see Christine Lydon play a fitness trainer showcasing a Tec-9 in a brief video segment called “Chicks Who Love Guns,” which is a TV show that the characters played by Samuel L. Jackson and Robert De Niro watch early in the film. Christine really has one hell of a resume; As an actress she has made more then a dozen appearances in television and movies, appeared nude in Playboy as well as physique modeling work in various publications. But not to stop there Christine has gone on to receive her medical degree from Yale and has now made it her life’s work to educate people about sound nutrition, effective training techniques, and healthy approaches to permanent weight loss. You know Boris Vallejo as one of the greatest fantasy illustrators of our era and here we have a few samples from his book of photography featuring the human muscled form. Boris uses bodybuilders as models quite frequently as a reference for his illustrations, so it was a natural progression for him to produce a book of his photography showcasing muscled bodies. As you can see from these pictures of muscle girls Boris clearly has talents beyond the illustrative canvas. The book came out in 1998 with 105 photographs and you can still find copies for sale at amazon and other sellers.
