Mugen is an old freeware program that would allow people to create their own fighting games from the ground up…however this just led to people ripping sprites from other games and giving them ridiculously overpowered moves…but some were done up by hand, like the Peter Griffin and Homer Simpson you see there…just thought I’d share the info…awesome site.
