I came across this hot little video featuring a muscle girl I had never heard of before and had to do a little searching to get the goods on her. She turns out to be an Alaska based stripper who was an early pioneer of female bodybuilding, and we go to Wikipedia for the rest of the story: Theresa Jean Bell (born April 17, 1956), better known as Pillow, also known as The She-Beast, was a United States professional bodybuilder in the early 1980s. She was among the first muscular female bodybuilders. She won the 1983 Gold’s Classic as a heavyweight, beating lightweight winner Lori Okami, middleweight Alison Brundage and other weight class entrants Reggie Bennett and Sue Ann McKean. Pillow has done some modeling and photo shoots for various magazines over the years as well as made a few movies over along the way. This particular video is a bit dated, and I kept expecting a disco-funk band to break out in the middle of it and start laying down Boogie Nights, but I really love the natural look she has going along with that sexy muscled physique that really makes the case for staying away from silicone boobs.

This video addresses steriods, health problems, and other negative things that are all part of the bodybuilding world.

A few of you requested some pictures of this sexy blonde bomber, Lora Ottenad, so here’s an old photo-set I was able to dig up.  That is one sexy muscle girl alright. Lora is a professional female bodybuilder from Seattle, Washington. At 5′8″ and a contest weight of approximately 175 lbs., she is one of the largest female bodybuilders competing today. She established herself as a top amateur competitor in 2000 when she won the heavyweight title at the USA Championships, and has gone on to win numerous titles in her pro career.

Christina Taylor is the newest model at ShemuscleGym, and acclaimed photographer Brian Moss works his magic with the Nikon to bring us this photo shoot. Quite a sight to take in with that combination of beauty, muscle definition, vascularity and all the colorful ink adorning her body. Christina got her first tattoo at the age of 19, and tells us “‘My back is Polynesian. The flower on my lower back is an orchid, my favorite, so if any guys read this and want to impress me, bring me an orchid!  My right arm has a Geisha, which was originally drawn by a guy named Sailor Jerry who worked out of Hawaii back in the 40’s.  The cat on my left arm is a Japanese Good Fortune Cat.  I also love the cherry blossoms on my elbows. I fell asleep while getting those and yes, I was sober!” Our Kentucky girl hails from Lexington and won the Lightweight divsion at the Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding Show.
