I agree nobody “needs” implants and if her hubby is fine with them the way they are now that is the only important thing. And she does look OK with her breasts the way they are now – and if she loses some muscle mass for whatever reason later in life her breasts will get bigger since breasts are fatty tissue and she has very little of it – but right now going to a nice “B-Cup” wouldn’t be the worst thing in the worls.
