Say hello to one-time Playboy Playmate Rebekka Armstrong who was Miss September in the 1986 issue, way back when she weighed just 110 pounds with a soft but sexy 34-23-32 figure, which has since been pumped up to 14 3/4″ biceps, 23″ quads and 16″ calves that deadlift 225 lbs, squat 225 lbs and can leg press for 1000 lbs. Her best contest to date has been First place Novice and open class middleweight at the Los Angeles NPC in 2004 qualifing her for the Nationals. What a long strange trip it’s been for this muscle babe I bet, and it’s quite an interesting sight to compare and contrast the two Rebekka’s above. That 80′s style big bush is looking pretty righteous too .. don’t get to see that too often anymore do we?

Julia also works as a fitness model and has recently begun to branch out and explore stunt, commercial and acting work. Natasha the Destroyer has a cool little blog spot where she takes various implements like pots & pans, toy models and cell phones and rips them up with her bare hands. I really like that sexy back of hers and if you ever find yourself in Mexico City with a little bit of discretionary income to blow she says she is available for facesitting sessions, domination, and muscle worship (“guys don’t ask for sex please”).

Just a short nipple slip getting by the totally gorgeous Canadian fitness champ Mindi O’Brien. A peek I thought we would never get to see, and absolutely priceless when she lets out a laugh at the end. A few pix of foxy Jodi Leigh Miller cavorting about in the splash with sponge and suds in one of my favorite photo shoots from the now defunct Images of Venus website. I recently went back there just to see what was left of that frequently visited portal only to be greeted by this terse statement: ‘The imAges of Venus site is now closed permanently. All pictures and pages have been deleted.‘  Deletion sounds so permanent. Hard to phantom why such a quality photographic site with literally hundreds of some the hottest fitness models on the planet couldn’t make a go of it. Surely it wasn’t the lack of nudity was it?

Canadian Female Bodybuilding Champion Kim Birtch recently flew down for a visit to Land of Venus where they promptly painted up that ripped body of hers in gold paint and made a photo shoot of it. A precious body covered in precious metal indeed, and I’m looking forward to seeing more from that session. I added some pics of Fawnia Mondey, Catherine Boshuizen Holland and a happy KO to the mix for a bit of an update as well.

Starting at the top and moving clockwise we begin with Fern Assard a stunning fitness model and NPC figure competitor who unbelievably just happens to be the 41 year old mother of four. Jackie Haas who you may remember from her earlier days as WWE Wrestling Diva Jackie Gayda, is the famed master of the Flipping Neckbreaker move. She has since married pro wrestler Charlie Haas and still working at it in the pro wrestling world. In the orange bikini is the famed Italian NPC champion Annalisa Potz. I don’t have much information on her but that shredded hardbody says it all for me.
